Bilingual English/Spanish (Writing and Conversational - Level II according to Brady standards).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, committed to excellence, and high standards of honesty and integrity.Experience5+ years of experience in a similar HR role within a manufacturing environment (Maquiladora).
