Work with Global Head of Compensation and Benefits and Manager Compensation and Benefits on Compensation design plans
Conduct data analysis and studies to support in developing effective compensation programs in accordance with the organization’s reward strategy
Participate and work on salary surveys, peer group review, annual headcount budgeting, salary benchmarking, job analysis, job matching and job evaluation data
Analyse global and local pay to assist in developing salary ranges by grade by country.
