The Compensation Analyst coordinates the daily transactional review of compensation-related inquiries and requests. In this role, you will evaluate new and existing positions, configure job families and tracks, and recommend, develop, and implement appropriate compensation structures. You will also participate in salary surveys and spearhead special projects, including software upgrades (JDX job description database, Market Pay salary survey software, master pay structure worksheets) and the evaluation of new compensation programs. Working closely with the broader HR team, you will ensure our compensation and incentive programs remain highly competitive in the market.
