**Job Summary**
+ The Senior Analyst, Compensation position is responsible for supporting compensation design and execution, including market research, program analyses, compensation system and process maintenance, variable incentive calculations and administration, equity administration, total rewards data integrity, and communication/change management support.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Serve as an internal consultant to Corporate and Field HR professionals with regard to base wages, short-term variable, and long-term variable compensation (incentive) administration, and compliance support
