* Drafting of Corporate Contracts & MoUs.
* Filing of Forms under XBRL Mode
* Incorporation of Private Limited Companies and LLPs.
* Provide consultancy on various Corporate matters
* Familiar and well versed in coordinating with various government authorities and departments, RoC
* Assistance & providing services for FEMA, IBC, IPR, IPO, Business Advisory, Legal Advisory Mergers & Demergers, Accounting & Taxation
