Assist employees with illness by coordinating with the Company Doctor and HMO to provide the right medical attention needed by the employees.
Attends to employees with common sickness like fever, flu, headache, and the like by dispensing medicines to provide immediate relief to the employees while at work.
Prepares monthly consumption report of medicines and first aid supplies by doing regular inventory to be submitted to HRD Supervisor prior to approval of replenishment.
Review the pre-employment medical results of the applicants by checking the authenticity of the results to ensure physical fitness to the job.
