Position Description

The Company Nurse is responsible for promoting employee health and wellness by providing basic medical care, coordinating healthcare services, and supporting occupational health programs. This role assists in maintaining compliance with government health regulations, managing employee medical records, and supporting health-related initiatives that contribute to a safe and healthy work environment. The position works closely with Human Resources and Operations to ensure employee well-being and workplace health standards are consistently maintained.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide basic medical care, first aid, and health assessments for employees with work-related and non-work-related health concerns.
• Assist in the administration of pre-employment, annual physical, and return-to-work medical examinations.
• Monitor employee health concerns and provide appropriate recommendations or referrals when necessary.
