The Company Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of employees through medical support, preventive care, and compliance with occupational health standards. This role ensures a safe and healthy workplace by delivering immediate care, managing health records, and supporting wellness initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance to employees as needed
• Administer medications, treatments, and conduct routine health assessments
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date medical records and documentation
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers and medical facilities for advanced care and referrals
• Implement and monitor compliance with occupational health and safety standards and company policies
• Promote health and wellness programs to educate and support employees’ physical and mental well-being
