 About the Role
 As a Community Support Worker, you will provide personalised, in-home support to our elderly clients, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Each day is different as you visit multiple clients, offering care and assistance tailored to their individual needs.

 Key Responsibilities 
Personal care (e.g. showering, dressing, grooming, medication prompts)

Social support and transport (e.g. attending medical appointments, shopping, outings)

Domestic assistance (e.g. light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)

Support with mobility and use of personal equipment

Assistance for clients with complex or high-care needs

Monitoring and reporting on client well-being

Documenting visit notes using a mobile app
