Spectrum Care is looking for a Casual Community Support Worker located in North Auckland. This role involves providing support for adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities to help them lead fulfilling lives. Responsibilities include assisting with personal activities, community participation, and daily living tasks.

The ideal candidate will have empathy, reliability, and a strong commitment to making a difference. Experience supporting people with disabilities is desirable but not essential. A full New Zealand driver's license is required.
