Primary Job Purpose To liaise between the School, Parents, prospective parents and the community in support of effective communication, student wellbeing, and parent involvement.
Key Relationships: Parents, School Community, Students, Teachers, School Registrar, SLT, Partnership Schools Team and Taaleem.
Key Responsibilities - Liaise and support parent groups such as the Parent Council, including running workshops for parents in consultation with school staff and outside agencies.
- Handle initial parental concerns; record, solve and direct to appropriate school colleagues for support in order to close the concern.
- Reach out to families where the school has concerns regarding their child, including attendance issues.
- Attend teacher/parent meetings and translate as necessary.
- Support the Registrar by taking school tours with prospective families and answering their questions.
