In this role, you’ll lead the execution of BMO’s Community Benefits Plan and CRA outreach strategy—strengthening community partnerships, elevating financial inclusion, and deepening BMO’s presence across diverse and underserved communities.

Experience with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) is required.
Frequent travel and community engagement are essential to this role.
