Community Receptionist

The Community Reception Team is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to cover Manor Clinic, Nether Edge Out‑Patients and Firth Park Clinic. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff, assisting with enquiries, sign‑posting and escalating queries accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff, handling enquiries, sign‑posting and escalating queries.
• Provide comprehensive reception and administrative support, prioritise a varied workload and maintain IT systems.
• Greet patients and visitors, input relevant information into the Electronic Patient Record (SystemOne & Connect) and maintain electronic room bookings (SharePoint and BookWise).
