About the Role

The Hunar Foundation (Zainab Technical Institute Burewala) is looking for a passionate and dedicated Female Community Mobilization Officer (CMO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for community outreach, student counseling, and driving admission campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student counseling to guide them regarding technical education opportunities.
• Plan and execute outdoor admission campaigns to increase student enrollment.
• Build strong relationships and make positive penetrations within the local community.
• Represent the institute effectively during outdoor field activities.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduation (Minimum)
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in Student Counseling, running admission campaigns, and outdoor field working.
