The Referred Care Clinic is a primary care clinic for vulnerable adults with unstable mental health and/or substance use disorders. The RCC also operates alongside Opioid Treatment Services which supports any resident wishing to seek help in managing their opioid use. The RCC is a multidisciplinary team composed of outreach support workers, licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, social workers and medical office assistants.
