Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results oriented Community Manager II to oversee the daily operations of five Manufactured Housing Communities in the Long Beach and Southern California region. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of California housing laws, and the ability to manage both rental operations and home sales. You will lead onsite teams, manage financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and create a positive living environment for residents.
