To plan and deliver a schedule of high quality, engaging and relevant events to students across all Oxford Brookes University campuses.
Support colleagues, officers, students and student groups to plan, deliver and evaluate the success of events and activities on campus.
Responsibility for developing and ensuring the adherence to the Union’s events planning procedures including budgeting, free speech regulations, health and safety policy and behavioural policy.
Adequately risk assess or support others to risk assess their events activities ensuring these are in line with the Union, and Oxford Brookes University, health and safety policies and guidelines.
Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Communications and Engagement team to plan the promotion of events in line with the organisational calendar.
