This is a 10‑month fixed‑term opportunity based in Christchurch, supporting a major, business‑critical transformation: UniMed’s Policy Administration System (PAS) migration.
You’ll take ownership of UniMed’s system‑generated and transactional communications; the policy letters, emails, notices and triggered messages Members rely on.
Your focus: ensure every communication is plain‑English, customer‑friendly, brand‑aligned, and accurate under real system conditions (rules, triggers, data outputs).
You’ll work across Marketing, Product, Digital, Operations, Tech/Delivery, Risk, Legal/Compliance and CX to create consistency, reduce friction and support go‑live readiness.
