Nuco Solutions are seeking a Communal Services Cleaner to work with their client in Slough and surrounding areas, specifically for someone with experience in a Social Housing or similar cleaning role. A van and fuel card is provided with this role.

Responsibilities

* Sweeping, vacuuming, and washing floors, walls, ceilings, and other fixtures.

* Cleaning internal windows (using ladders when necessary).

* Litter picking, graffiti removal, carpet cleaning, and erecting signs and notice boards.

* Ensuring areas such as communal entrances, stairwells, corridors, and bin stores are clean and well-maintained.

* Following cleaning specifications and scope of work to meet health and safety standards.

* Completing Fire Risk Assessments and checking alarms and emergency lighting.

* Managing workload to ensure maximum efficiency, using available resources.
