The OperationManager’s mission is to ensure a smooth transition from the EPC commissioningphase to the client’s commercial production phase. This involves takingresponsibility once facilities reach the Ready to Start-Up stage, overseeingprogressive transfer of care and custody from contractor to client, andfacilitating plant operation handover after successful performance testingand provisional acceptance. The role supports knowledge transfer andoperational readiness so the client can run the plant independently withincommercial targets.
