Commis Chef Position

Responsibilities

• Assist Chefs de Partie and other team members in food preparation and cooking.
• Keep the workstation clean and organised, following hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assist in receiving and storing ingredients.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards.
• Learn and execute the techniques and recipes of our kitchen.

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen, even if limited.
