We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities - Assist in preparation and cooking of dishes under senior chefs supervision.
- Prepare ingredients such as chopping, cutting and portioning food items.
- Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure proper storage of food items and monitor freshness.
- Adhere to food safety hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Support inventory control and report stock shortages.
- Assist kitchen team during service operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications and Experience - 1–3 years experience as Commis Chef / Kitchen Assistant.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
