Role Overview

As a Commis III at Banyan Tree Dubai, you will support the kitchen brigade with the most basic food preparation and operational tasks. This is an entry-level position focused on learning, discipline, and building foundational kitchen skills in a structured luxury hospitality environment.

You will assist with simple preparation tasks and ensure cleanliness and readiness of the kitchen under close supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Basic Kitchen Support

• Assist with fundamental food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and simple cutting.
• Support senior commis and chefs with mise-en-place preparation.
