Description

We are looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our Commercial Accounting Team.

This role is responsible for full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with company policies and management agreements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports as required by ownership and management.

+ Perform general ledger account analysis and reconciliations.

+ Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets.

+ Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for material fluctuations.
