Description

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position will complete the operation, inspection, and maintenance of all commercial building equipment including electrical, mechanical, pump, fire, plumbing, and HVAC systems to achieve increased efficiency. The Maintenance Technician will be required to ensure safety while decreasing downtime by completing proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance.

Responsibilities:


+ Completion of daily work orders to include light bulb changes and minor repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and light electrical repairs.
