Summary:

The Commercial Loan Closing Specialist supports the Commercial Loan Officers in driving the closing process for commercial loan products, including documentation gathering, due diligence gathering and review; as well as loan funding. Acts as a control point ensuring adherence to bank policies and procedures and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Serve as a liaison with internal and external parties including operations, risk, and compliance, in-house and outside counsel. This position requires the ability to work independently with limited supervision.Duties & Responsibilities:
