Responsibilities:
Interfacing with third party agents and attending to call in enquiriesWorking with other stakeholders within LendleaseBuilding strong relationships with corporate and MNC clients, MNC and being aware of their expansion plans and brand portfolio in Singapore.Being aware of general commercial real estate market trends.Managing monthly leasing reports and tenants' performance reports.Working with Leasing Director to ensure that lease administration matters are in order.S...
