Assist in pre and post tender document including BoQ, progress claim and cost sheet submission.
Review and monitor project costing, project profitability and perform cost analysis.
Organize and transfer of awarded projects to the project department for execution including assist to arrange kick off meeting with project department.
Attend commercial meeting.
Daily administrative work including prepare quotation, DO and Invoice.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills
Proficient and competent in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel.
Experienced in the use of MS Dynamics Business Central is an added advantage though not mandatory.
A team player, flexible and be readily adaptable to changing conditions and demands.
Able to work without supervision, equipped with strong customer service mind set.
