WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Analyse sales performance, develop a sales dashboard with relevant KPIs, and recommend actions to improve the efficiency of sales activities.
• Help the business identify risks and opportunities to maximize Novocure’s performance.
• Maximize use of any external data source, either provided by Novocure or self‑identified to enhance Novocure’s knowledge base in the local market.
• Build and be responsible for the follow‑up of SIP for sales force: plan scheme, territory targets, monitoring, payout and incentives analytics.
• Run the forecast in collaboration with Finance. Ensure inputs to forecast models are accurate.
