The Commercial Sales Director, Asia provides leadership in developing commercial strategic plans and supervising a team of direct reports with significant budget responsibility. This position has regional responsibility for the overall commercial growth by leading the Sales, R&D Technical, Customer Service, and Supply Chain planning teams that support business

Responsibilities:

Achieve stated gross margin targets as a percentage of sales.

Approach the sales process with a high degree of professionalism and effectiveness by successful utilization of customer centric selling skills and tools

Delivering year-over-year growth in Operating Income and Sales for the District. Must have a proven track record of growing a business.
