Responsibilities

• Draft review and negotiate digital asset loan agreements including with traditional financial institutions and other digital asset organisations
• Draft review and negotiate complex commercial contracts in the general digital asset space including anything from fiat ramps to marketing agreements
• Support day-to-day commercial contracting including service agreements and customer/supply side documents
• Work closely and in harmony with product operations admin and risk teams to enable existing and new business initiatives across MENA and globally
• Monitor interpret and provide updates on developments in the digital asset space in MENA
• Help uplift and train our junior lawyers

Requirements

• 36 years PQE with direct experience in loan/finance transactions gained from a global law firm or well-regarded inhouse organisation
