You’ll be responsible for preparing Bills of Costs for detailed assessment and inter partes Bills, as well as handling costs negotiations and litigation for a range of commercial clients.

Salary for the right candidate could exceed that advertised.

At least 3 years law costs experience is required.

Qualified candidates are desirable but not essential.

Commericial Costs experience is desirable but not essential.

Some office presence will be required in central London.
