**Job Title: Commercial Carpenter**

**Job Description**

The Carpenter Foreman oversees the installation and repair of metal doors and related carpentry work on new construction projects, with a strong focus on ADA-compliant installations in healthcare and assisted living environments. This role combines hands-on carpentry, blueprint reading, and crew leadership to deliver high-quality temporary and permanent doors, walls, and finishes using hand and power tools.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install and repair metal doors and related hardware in new construction projects, ensuring accuracy, safety, and durability.
+ Cut, measure, and assemble wood to build temporary doors, walls, and other structures as required by project plans.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to plan and execute carpentry tasks in alignment with project specifications.
