Job description

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct claims administration, including identification, documentation, estimating, costing, submission, reconciliation with the client, cost monitoring, and resolution of matters related to change orders and claims.
• Implement effective cost control measures by conducting: (1) rehashing; (2) analysis of variances between the Bid and FCD plans; and (3) proper allocation of costs in terms of awards, network activity assignments, and other SAP deliverables.
• Maintain updated records and tracking of project cost, change, and variation data for reporting and analytical purposes.
• Enforce compliance with ISO procedures and company policies for both cost and variations within the project.
