Assists Commercial and Cost leaders in cost control, variance management, value optimization, risk reduction, & compliance with policies & procedures.
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct claims administration, including identification, documentation, estimating, costing, submission, reconciliation with the client, cost monitoring, and resolution of matters related to change orders and claims.
- Implement effective cost control measures by conducting:
- (1) rehashing,
- (2) analysis of variances between the Bid and FCD plans, and
- (3) proper allocation of costs in terms of awards, network activity assignments, and other SAP deliverables.
