Job Title: Commercial and Contract Manager
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.) - HYBRID
Key Responsibilities - Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (client contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, service-level agreements, etc.)
- Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal/termination, ensuring compliance with terms and timely execution
- Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
- Provide strategic advice on commercial terms, pricing models, and profitability implications
- Collaborate with internal to align on contract terms
- Ensure compliance with local laws, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements
