numero is a 22-person digital marketing agency in Takapuna, Auckland. We run on long-term retainer relationships across SEO, Google Ads, Meta and web, and we hold ourselves to the commercial outcomes we drive for clients - not vanity metrics. We measure gross profit on every account, and we expect our account team to own it.
This is account management with real commercial accountability. You will own a portfolio of retainer clients and are responsible for three things: keeping them, growing them profitably, and making sure the work we do for them makes money. You sit between the client and our delivery team, and your job is to make both sides win.
The role is hybrid - 2 days from home, 3 days in our Takapuna office, close to the main bus stop and a short walk from the beach.
