This is a SME client-focused role, handling a varied book of Commercial risks. You'll be trusted to look after clients properly, spot the detail, and build relationships that last.

Handling a portfolio of SME Commercial clients across a range of risksManaging MTAs, renewals, new business and general client queriesSpeaking with clients regularly and building strong, long-term relationshipsWorking closely with Insurers and internal colleagues to get the right outcomesKeeping files accurate and compliant (the details matter here) What we're looking for as Commercial Account Handler:
