Core Responsibilities
Following PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge)standards, you will manage the full project lifecycle from Initiation through Closing.
Project Integration & Planning
Master Project Plan: Develop and implement a comprehensive Master Project Plan using automated project management tools, defining the project charter, scope, and integrated change control processes.
Operational Workflow: Acquire and maintain a high-level understanding of internal organizational workflows to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
Accountability:Own the successful implementation, cutover, and formal hand-off to the Support team for all emergency call handling projects.
