Purpose of Position:
The Combi-Lift Spotter assists Combi-Lift Drivers by guiding equipment movement, ensuring safe navigation through tight spaces, and coordinating material placement. This role is crucial for maintaining safety standards and optimizing workflow efficiency in material handling processes.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Hand Signal Proficiency: Spotters must be thoroughly familiar with standard hand signals used in Spotting operations. Crane and Rigging Knowledge: A good understanding of Combi components, operation, and limitations, as well as rigging techniques, is essential. Hazard Identification: Spotters need to be able to identify potential hazards in the work area and understand how to mitigate them.
