Job Description
A day in the life…

+ Review brand seasonal color palette and assess any potentially difficult (high touch) colors

+ Identify the best process routes for individual colors by working with mills and dye companies

+ Communicate externally and internally the seasonal color palette as directed by design team

+ Partner with external suppliers to evaluate and approve or reject lab dip and bulk results; communicate results to the brand team via tracking chart

+ Ensure the same color across product categories is cohesive and consistent

+ Act as technical advisor to individual suppliers or mills that need help achieving standards either at lab dip or bulk processing stage, as required

+ Maintain color reference library and ensure accurate record keeping

+ Follow industry standard and proper color communication
