- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, finance, or related field

- At least 2 years experience in collection, accounts receivable and accounting management

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- High attention to detail with strong analytical abilities

- Proficient in accounting software ( sage )

- Ability to lead a team or work independently
