About the Role:
SiSTEM is hiring experienced college advisors, career counselors, and academic strategists who want to help middle and high school families plan ahead and not panic at the last minute. This is not an admissions consulting role. And it is not reactive senior-year hand-holding. Our College & Career Readiness Coaches operate as long-range strategic partners, helping families connect the decisions they make in middle and high school to the opportunities waiting on the other side; whether that is a four-year university, a competitive program, a gap year, or a career pathway.
