Responsibilities:
· Receive payments and accurately post amounts paid to customer accounts
· Locate, monitor, and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections
· Confer with customers by telephone or in person regarding delinquent accounts, payment terms, and repayment options
· Arrange repayment schedules and negotiate payment solutions based on customers' financial situations
