About the role

As a Collections Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for the proactive management of collections strategies to improve the effectiveness of collections activity and optimise performance across the debt portfolio. You will identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities, using data‑led insights to drive strategy improvements and provide options and recommendations to adjust collection strategies to mitigate these risks.
