Work schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Mon-Fri; Hybrid (Mon/Fri remote, Tue/Wed/Thu in-office)

The Collections Specialist manages a portfolio of accounts to assess receivables and prioritize collections activities. This role involves analyzing account trends to identify root causes of payment delays and developing solutions to improve financial outcomes. You will work cross-functionally to resolve disputes and maintain a healthy aging report through professional customer outreach and standard accounts receivable processes.
