**Collection Specialist**
**SUMMARY**
Coordinates activities regarding the collection of funds from the PTI customer base in accordance to contracted terms.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manages an assigned list of accounts and completes customer specific reporting based on due dates.
Daily communication with customers regarding payment status of past due amounts.
Identifies any gaps with payment and responds accordingly.
Documents contact with customer and provides updated account status as requested.
Work closely with Collections Manager, Account Managers and sales team to resolve discrepancies.
Identifies and implements continual improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the position, team and company.
