We are looking for motivated Collections Agents to join a leading financial technology company that provides innovative payment and expense management solutions worldwide.

In this role, you will manage overdue accounts, resolve payment issues, and help customers maintain their accounts in good standing while supporting the collections process and delivering a professional and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and overdue accounts via phone and email.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment disputes, and account inquiries.
