Demonstrated experience in researching, collaborating, and coordinating with all-source analysts and government partners to develop and refine collection requirements across all intelligence disciplines.
Knowledge of and experience in evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-discipline intelligence collection against organizational requirements and collection plans.
Ability to develop, monitor, and update collection strategies, plans, and requirements matrices, using both measures of effectiveness and measures of performance.
Proven skill in identifying collection gaps, assessing collection options, and producing recommendations, solutions, and feedback to optimize operations.
