Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collections Agent to join their team. This role is responsible for managing outstanding accounts, contacting customers regarding overdue balances, and helping maintain healthy cash flow while preserving positive client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

+ Contact customers by phone, email, and written correspondence regarding past-due accounts

+ Review account status and payment history to determine appropriate collection actions

+ Resolve billing discrepancies and account issues in a professional and timely manner

+ Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on commitments

+ Document all collection activity accurately in the system

+ Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts accordingly

+ Work closely with internal departments such as billing, customer service, and accounting
